The topic of this evening will be "Awakening the State of Shakti (the Eternal Feminine)", and we will approach it both theoretically and through various exercises such as meditation, dance and sharings. The intro will take space in a relaxed and playful ambience of feminine togetherness. Tantra for Women is more than just a course...

It is an approach to the tantric path made by women, for women.

The tantric teachings we will learn together offer to every woman a way to know herself more intimately and to live in harmony with herself and her environment, to experience more happiness, love, joy, maximum erotic satisfaction and fulfillment, intimacy and sacredness in her life and her couple relationships, to develop her specific qualities that makes her unique and wonderful; to become very happy no matter the outer circumstances.

• Astrology & feminine archetypes of the soul
• Yoga postures specific to women for regeneration, for harmonizing emotions, and for awakening of our inner feminine power
• Natural methods to increase beauty, heal and purify the body. Relaxation. Aphrodisiacs

The course is kept in an ambience of spiritual sisterhood, where we have the chance to grow and learn from each other's experiences and develop a wonderful space of support and togetherness, with the common goal of awakening the state of Shakti (the inner goddess).

We meet every second week for engaging 2 hour sessions of women's circle, where we will practice together yoga, meditation, different forms of art and dancing and learn about the mysteries of our feminine nature.
