Worksharing: to make move what had been stagnant.

Musik
"Come into a room, except without a room: come into an embrace, if you hum along just right the flesh will come alive. Not yours, not mine, what becomes in the meeting of our resonating attention.".

During one week of residency this group of performance practitioners will attempt to explore modes of relation beyond the established performative conventions. They will experiment with performative ethics and strategies that attempt to re-formulate the conventional relation between artists and guests, generating a wider sensibility to that which we share in an inclusive metabolic sphere
Starting from continuous materiality, what kind of body does the black box create? What are the implications of shifting from a subjective-centered performative space to one that emphasises our multiple entanglements? How can we make the blackbox resonate?
At the WORKSHARING they invite us into their research and will share findings from their work. Following the sharing of physical material, HAUT will facilitate a moderated feedback conversation where you as an audience have the opportunity to contribute to and enrich the artists' further work.
ABOUT THE ARTISTSMarina Dubia, Maria Lepistö, Oriane Paras, PJ Fossum and Sara Vieira Marques are an eclectic group of performance practitioners, working across visual arts, choreography, movement, sound, scenography and discursive practices. Led by Marina Dubia, this residency is their first approach to research as a group, aiming to connect with the materiality of the black box and its implications to attention and togetherness.

TICKETSParticipation is free, but please book your ticket as seats are limited.
ABOUT IN PROCESSIN PROCESS is HAUT's 1-2 week long residency format that makes space for physical brainstorms supporting the investigation and the development of new ideas for the stage.
The artists were invited into this residency through the open call "IN PROCESS - Beyond conventions", whose focus was to investigate the black box and challenge practice and process. Encourage artists to think and work differently than they usually do, and to create processes that inspire innovation and new thinking. The open call was curated in collaboration with Marie-Lydie Nokouda.
The residency is supported by the Danish Arts Foundation, The Municipality of Copenhagen and The Bikuben Foundation
