Mama flow er din mulighed for at opbygge styrke gennem en forening af pilates og yogaens fantastiske stillinger i et nærende flow. Kombinationen af yoga og pilates tilgodeser kvaliteten i øvelserne frem for gentagelser. Yogaens lækre stillinger giver mulighed for at strække kroppen igennem og give afkald på spændinger med fornyet energi og velvære som et resultat.

Vi slutter af med en mindful afspænding, så du kan tage roen og velværet med dig ud i verden.

Efter 45min Mamaflow, er der rig mulighed for at blive hængende på Ikeas rooftop og tilkøbe en kop kaffe, mens du slapper af og nyder solen

Mama flow is your opportunity to build strength through a union of pilates and yoga's amazing positions in a nourishing flow. The combination of yoga and pilates ensures the quality of the exercises rather than repetitions. Yoga's positions offer the opportunity to stretch the body and let go of tension with renewed energy and well-being as a result.
We end with a mindful relaxation, so you can take the calm and well-being with you into the world.
ATTENTION! Bring your own mat
After 45 minutes of Mamaflow, there is plenty of time to hang out on Ikea's rooftop and buy an extra cup of coffee while you relax and enjoy the sun.
