Our next sweat lodge is on Sunday, July 14th, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This will once again be our well-known 3-hour Sweat Lodge evening that you can look forward to, but this time with a little surprise.
IMPORTANT: Remember to bring your yoga mat to lie on between rounds and a warm blanket to cover yourself with.

Full moon and new moon meditations are filled with healing and powerful energy
THE PROGRAM COULD LOOK LIKE THIS // First round: Intention and Guided meditation. Second round: Full moon/New moon and its significance and drum meditation. Third round: Ahh heart meditation Fourth round: Gratitude round.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE // We have invited all the women we know who want to immerse themselves in the energy of the full moon. But we are open to all women from 18 years old being welcome to join our Full Moon Circle. The most important thing is that you want to join and respect the evening's course and rituals. You should be willing to participate in both the silence and the meditation. Although we encourage everyone to dip their body in the cold water, you should always follow what your body tells you. You should only do it if you feel like it.
CANCELLATION POLICY // Please inform us if you are unable to attend. Your registration cannot be refunded in case of illness or if you are unable to participate, as we have booked the venue and have to pay for it. You are always welcome to sell your spot to someone who will appreciate the evening. (This is a women's only event).
