Ma Earth & The Love Bugs is a new project created by Deborah Herbert Song Stylist and featuring Mariane Bitran on flute. Ma Earth aka Deborah Herbert is an American Gospel, Jazz and Blues singer from the heart with Soul.

Deborah has performed and played from classical church concerts to jazz festivals around Europe with Jazz Greats Dizzy Gillespie, Richard Boone, Kirk Lightsey, Luther Thomas, Vera Love, Ed Thigpen, Norman Fearrington Douglass Sides, Debbie Cameron, Ben Besiakov, Jacob Fischer, Butch Lacy, Ayi Solomon and MonkeyRat. 7heaven Brandur Minor with Brandur Jacobsen (FO) was recorded in 2003 and some of the songs will be performed in this concert with Mariane Bitran.

Mariane Bitran French flautist living in Denmark since 1998. Her music ranges widely; inspired by different forms and rhythms and by her collaboration with musicians from the world jazz scene, as well as her roots in both classical and contemporary music. Mariane Bitran has released two albums with her quintet on Stunt Records, A Place for you and All One, then in collaboration with the Japanese pianist, Makiko Hirabayashi, Gray to Blue with the American saxophonist, Bob Rockwell.
As a soloist, Mariane Bitran has performed at festivals and toured in France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Brazil with musicians such as: Christophe Chassol, Zoomtop Orchestra with Richard Bona, Pernille Bevort with Marcelo Nisinman, Simon Spang-Hanssen's Brazilian Project and Café Central, Bojan Z ... In Denmark, Mariane has played/recorded with Peter Danstrup Sacrified, Alain Apaloo's ApiPipo with Kurt Rosenwinkel, Arnold Ludvig Sextet, Jens Viggo Fjord Trio, Saba with Ayi Solomon, Ijexa Group with Barthelot Ekeme

Mads Heide has been on the Copenhagen Jazz/soul /gospel scene for twenty years as a pianist/keyboard player. He is also a theater composer and publishes electronic music under the name Metsu.

Morten Ankarfeldt is a well-known and respected bassist on the Danish and international scene. He has played with virtually everyone in Denmark on the jazz, blues and world scene in the past 25 years and participated in over 65 album releases. He has played concerts/toured in most of Europe as well as China, Japan, Russia, Brazil, Argentina, Africa
He has played and recorded with, among others, Sinne Eeg, MadsMathias, Nikolaj Bentzon, Christina von Bülosw, Pernille Bévort, Mads KjølbyQuartet, Morten Schantz Trio/Unicorn, Ernie Wilkins Almost Bigband, DR Big Band, Kresten Osgood, Thomas Hass, Jacob Fisher, Jesper Thilo, Tom Hagans, DougRaney, James Harman, Peter Rosendal ...

"Drummer Andreas Fryland, with his responsive and dynamic drumming, is one of the most sought-after drummers within the broad genres of jazz. He has played at clubs and festivals all over DK and in most of Europe, and is involved in up to 50 releases.
Andreas is has been nominated several times for the Danish Music Awards Jazz, most recently with "Rising Star" Iris Bergcrantz.
Back in 2013, together with the band "Aske Drasbæk Group", Andreas won a DMA in the category "New Danish Jazz Name of the Year"
