In Reform's beautiful space our founder Franco Fubini will be in discussion with chef, fermenter and food scientist David Zilber and local grower Sandra Willumsen whose 38 varieties of tomato will inspire the evening snacks.
How can we restore biodiversity in our fields, bring varietal diversity to our plates and boost microbial diversity in our guts - and how are these all connected? How can we unite modern science and traditional agriculture to build a more sustainable food system for everyone? From growing, to sourcing and cooking, our panel will bring their varied perspectives to these vital questions.
Ticket includes a copy of REACT, seasonal snacks, kombucha from Table Ferments and Bon Bon Vin's selection of natural wine. All proceeds go towards Natoora's Farm Fund, raising money for the next generation of agroecological growers. DATE: August 26th
