Yoga on Rooftop with Prehab GBG.
MotionFree yoga event on the Rooftop of Clarion The Pier. Join us on the 3rd of September for a Work Out Club together with Prehab GBG. Start the day by boosting your body and mind with yoga and breakfast.
The yoga is of a calmer variety with both muscle activity and flexibility, which is guided by Josefine Bertram from Prehab GBG. We will work standing, sitting, and lying in a flow that suits both the seasoned and the novice, to wake up the body, breathe deeply and just be present. Feel free to bring one
cozy sweater and socks for the relaxation part.
After the yoga session, we serve a healthy breakfast at the Rooftop. Thereafter you are welcome to shower and sauna in the hotel's Relax Area.
The Rooftop Bar is located on the 11 floor of Clarion Hotel The Pier and is weather-safe with sealing, walls, and heating if the weather is bad.
The event starts at 7:30 am and finishes at 9 am.
